Support for SEND families

Many of our referrals come to us because families are having difficulties with children’s behaviour. Often children’s behaviour can be learned or sometimes this can be due to a child having additional needs (diagnosed or undiagnosed). We are here to help parents/carers who often don’t know where to turn, or where to go for help. We can support with guidance and advice, emotional support and practical help.

If you are experiencing difficulties with a child or children in your family and are feeling you are not getting anywhere or being heard or if you are feeling overwhelmed by your child’s behaviour and you are unsure where to go, we can offer help and support.

We work alongside many voluntary and statutory support organisations and we can help you to navigate the way toward the ones best suited to you and the needs of your child. We will provide a listening ear and behaviour solutions ourselves where we can. We can help support you to feel more in control and have a voice. We will ensure you are directed into the best and most appropriate support for your family’s needs and we will guide you through and work alongside you to ensure your concerns are understood and addressed.
