We are currently recruiting for:
Performance and Data Officer
Location: Huddersfield Town Centre Office (parking available)
Salary: NJC Scale SCP 20-22 (£32,597 to £33,699 pro rata). Starting salary SCP 20, increasing to SCP 21 after a successful probationary period (Starting salary £17,620 for 20-hour role)
Hours: 20 hours per week (set working days and part-time hours negotiable)
Job Type: This is a pivotal role that supports our strategic planning, funding applications, and service development through robust evidence and insight. You’ll work across the organisation to build data capacity, manage social value calculations, and produce compelling impact reports for funders, commissioners and trustees.
Essential requirements include:
- Good interpersonal, motivational and communication skills
- Collect, clean, and manage data from multiple sources
- Experience of data analysis and impact reporting (including developing dashboards)
- Experience of implementing and using social value frameworks
- Ability to effectively use IT including efficiency in data tools
- Ensure data systems comply with GDPR and internal policies
- Understand confidentiality and professionalism in the workplace
- Collect, clean, and manage data from multiple sources
